How do you turn user feedback into product direction?
I translate the complaint into the behavior the product needs to change.
In the VIP Client Tracker, “this sounds like a report” was a product requirement, not just a copy preference. It meant the experience needed relevant interpretation, a human voice, and a clear next move instead of repeating metrics.
Similarly, stale long-term counts raised a source-of-truth problem. Repeated content across tabs raised a question about the purpose of each view. I used those observations to refine the intended behavior and the acceptance criteria for AI-assisted implementation.
The product combines my coaching domain experience with hands-on founder use. That gives me a practical feedback loop, while the single-user pilot keeps me honest about what has and has not been validated at scale.
