How do you use AI to build products?
I use AI to accelerate implementation while retaining ownership of the product judgment.
The Prince Tai Fitness VIP Client Tracker grew out of a real problem I understood as a coach and user: tracking inputs was not enough. The product needed to explain patterns and identify a clear next action in a voice people could use.
I used ChatGPT and Codex to build and iterate the tools. I defined the product behavior, daily and longer-term surfaces, source-of-truth requirements, coaching voice, and acceptance criteria, then pushed back when the output was repetitive, stale, or disconnected from the intended experience.
The documented founder pilot covers 84 logged days. I describe that as sustained product use, not proof of commercial scale. The repository audit also reinforced a delivery lesson: AI-assisted work needs the same source, build, and release discipline as other software.
